Founder & CEO
12 years' experience with TWI - 6 years as self-employed and more than 30 years, with many types of instructor training, within the public and industrial sectors. Søren has 10 years' experience as a training manager in industry, including 8 years in a Lean department - he has worked for 3 years with video recording of work processes. Self-employed from 2016.

Thomas Landry Sørensen
Collaboration partner
17 years of practical experience with implementation and daily operation of improvement tools – primarily LEAN. Lecturer on many courses and facilitator of workshops within training, including TWI, coaching and problem-solving. Self-employed from 2019 (' Visuel Rejse' ) . Thomas has been part of Industrien's network, "LEAN Facilitator East" and "LEAN in service and administration".
Chris DeJean
Collaboration partner
Chris DeJean is a leadership coach and communications consultant with a strong educational, linguistic and sales ballast/background to draw on.
For many years, Chris has worked with the processes within communication, sales, marketing, documentation and consulting for various types of companies. She has done this at, among others, IBM Denmark, TDC and Ernst & Young and under its own auspices as a self-employed person. Chris is an inspiring and dedicated partner who, with an expert overview of the process and targeted results, delivers targeted advice and personal training. Chris has collaborated with Søren Thrane for 18 years - previously with instructor training within municipalities.
