In the why section is focus areas described. Employees don't just want rote learning - they want holistic understanding - this creates security and is a prerequisite for good suggestions for improvements to pop up.

Mobile phone - 'drag the phone and get started'. - We open up a simple editing program that is audited and IT security adjusted - either as a cloud-based or an end-user installation on a PC in a classic IT structure - with a reliable supplier that has a good performance history for support and maintenance of the program.
