Classic TWI
TWI was developed during World War II and has not been significantly modified since. The program is recognized and had a renaissance for approx. 10 - 15 years ago and is used today by many international industrial companies.

Lean
We train in a number of lean programs - and of course also KATA (like all the others).
... ranging from courses in 'change management' to T-cards.
For example, where possible, we carry out KATA courses in production - where it happens, 'where it snows' - and yes, of course, we can carry out a KATA 'attitude processing' course for managers.
The operators love it - it's not difficult after all - they are listened to - it's just, again and again and again!

More than 30 years of experience with TTT, at all levels and with different subjects. Our
TTT courses, angled for several subjects and can be used - from TWI to SHEQ training etc.
KL education is important and provides the opportunity for employee involvement, bringing hidden knowledge to the surface and 'attitude processing'.
